MOD-PLUS MARATHON™ BF ADHESIVE VALVE

Available in various configurations, MOD-PLUS MARATHON™
BF Adhesive Valves are designed for ease of installation.
Off -the -shelf variations are available for use with both ITW Dynatec
and competitive hot melt systems. Unique application needs are met by adding additional valves and providing unique valve spacing with
individual air activation.

A broad selection of standard and custom nozzles allow you
to tailor your installation for your specific needs.

Decrease down time and product rejects!

Hot melt char and degradation is an ongoing concern with the operation of most hot melt
application systems. ITW Dynatec provides the solution... with the MOD-PLUS™ MARATHON BF Adhesive Valve. Its large internal heated filter virtually eliminates plugged nozzles that result in line down time and project rejects.
Because the heated filter is internal to the MOD-PLUS™ MARATHON BF Adhesive Valve, filtration is efficiently located directly upstream from the adhesive nozzles and cold spots are eliminated. Filter cleaning or changeout is fast and easy by simply removing a retaining bolt at the rear of the valve block. The modular design allows for easy repair by your own maintenance staff without special tools or techniques.
The internal filter, in combination with the ultra high speed (5000+ per minute cycle rates)
MOD-PLUS™ MARATHON BF Adhesive Valve, provides sharper adhesive cut-off. The result is more consistent bead placement that increases operating efficiency.
Available as a "Competitive Upgrade Package" for most hot melt adhesive supply systems, the patented MOD-PLUS™ MARATHON BF Adhesive Valve will keep your line running longer than conventional hot melt adhesive valves. Its broad range of standard and custom nozzle configurations offer outstanding flexibility for any packaging, graphic arts, converting or product assembly application.
